Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for returns: Items may be returned within 30 calendar days after you receive your package. Products must be unused, in original condition with all packaging intact.

Return process: Please contact our support email before returning goods. Do not send items back without prior notice.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the item arrives defective or wrong.

Once we receive and inspect returned goods, your refund will be processed within 5‑7 business days to your original payment method. Partial refund may apply for damaged‑by‑customer items.
